Terms

Last updated 3 November 2026

the short version

  • Feedz is free for fans. Creator plans are optional, start with a 14-day free trial that needs no card, and can be cancelled any time.
  • Your content stays yours. Posts from other platforms stay theirs, and always link back.
  • Be decent: no impersonation, no spam, no abuse, no scraping.
  • We're in early access, opening in waves — features will change, and a reserved @ isn't a guarantee if it belongs to someone else.
  • If you're a consumer, your legal rights always apply, whatever these terms say.

1. Who you're agreeing with

Feedz (feedz.bio) is run by Bounz Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14283718, registered office 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. By using Feedz you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Contact us at hello@feedz.bio.

2. What Feedz is

Feedz puts posts from the creators you follow — from YouTube, Twitch, Substack, Spotify, podcasts, blogs and more — into one chronological feed, and gives creators a page at feedz.bio/their-name with everything they post. Every post links to where it was made. We store the details needed to show a post (its title, a short description, a thumbnail, its link and date) and refresh them from the platform; the post itself lives on the platform.

We're in early access. We're letting people in in waves, and features will change as we go. We'll tell you about changes that affect what you've paid for before they happen.

3. Your account

  • You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy a paid plan.
  • Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One account per person, unless we've agreed otherwise. No accounts made to spam, abuse or impersonate.
  • You can delete your account any time: Settings → Edit account → Security → Delete account.

4. Usernames, and reserving one

Usernames are first come, first served. Reserving an @ on the waitlist holds it for you until your invite lands, as long as you confirm your email. We can release or reclaim a username — reserved or not — if it impersonates a person or brand, infringes someone's rights, is offensive, is being held to sell, or has never been used. A reserved name can't be transferred.

5. Platforms, and their terms

Posts come from platforms Feedz doesn't own. Their terms still apply to their content, and we're not affiliated with any of them. In particular, Feedz uses YouTube API Services, and by using Feedz you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

When you connect an account, you confirm it's yours (or that you're allowed to manage it) and that showing its posts on Feedz doesn't break that platform's rules. Until you prove a handle is yours, its posts are visible only to you. Disconnecting stops us reading it straight away.

6. Pages for creators who haven't joined

When a fan follows a creator who isn't on Feedz, we make an unclaimed page from their public posts, clearly marked as unclaimed and linking to every original. The creator can claim it — by proving it's theirs with a code in their bio — and keep its followers, or remove it at once using the link on the page, no account needed. Rights-holders can also write to legal@feedz.bio.

7. Your content, and ours

What you create stays yours. So that we can run Feedz, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, show and share your profile and posts as part of the service — on your page, in your followers' loops, in your embed and API, and to the fediverse if you switch that on. The licence ends when you remove the content or delete your account, apart from copies other people have already shared.

The Feedz name, logo and design belong to Bounz Ltd.

8. Using Feedz fairly

Don't use Feedz to:

  • post or link to anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
  • impersonate a person or brand, or mislead people about who you are;
  • send spam, malware or phishing;
  • scrape or bulk-copy Feedz, or get around rate limits or security;
  • break the law or a platform's terms.

Spotted something that breaks these rules, or infringes your copyright? Email legal@feedz.bio with a link and what's wrong, and we'll act quickly.

10. The API, embeds and connected apps

If you use the Feedz API, the embed or “Connect with Feedz”: stay within the rate limits, keep your keys secret, show posts with a link to the original, don't resell raw Feedz data, and follow the platforms' terms for their content. The developer docs describe the limits. We can revoke keys or apps that break these terms.

11. Suspending or closing accounts

We can suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we'll tell you first and say why. If we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we'll refund the unused part of what you've paid.

12. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep Feedz running and accurate, but posts come from other platforms and we can't promise every post arrives instantly, or that Feedz is never down.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit — and if you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Otherwise, we're not liable for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for business losses; and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of £100 and what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can close your account (and get a refund of any prepaid time) before the change applies.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and your local consumer law applies. Before anything formal, please email legal@feedz.bio — most things are quicker to fix than to argue about.
